If you have previously self-excluded and attempt to register or use the Platform, playpalph reserves the right to close your account and void any winnings.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your playpalph account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. 3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your playpalph username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. playpalph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 Account Ownership. playpalph accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.
3.5 Verification Process. playpalph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to during registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may be suspended.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. playpalph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven cash-in. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). playpalph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed the required identity verification, satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and complied with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. playpalph reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
4.5 Currency. All playpalph account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). playpalph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
5.1 playpalph offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. 9.2 playpalph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your playpalph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
